Started in 1981 on a handshake and a service truck

Rideout Plumbing started in 1981 in Charlotte, North Carolina. One truck, one phone line, and a promise that when a Charlotte homeowner needed a plumber, they would get a real one. Forty-five years later, the promise has not changed.

We are veteran-owned and family-run. Chason Rideout runs the business today, alongside Jason and Jeff. You will see the same faces at your house on the second visit as you saw on the first. We are proud of that, and we work hard to keep it that way.

In recent years, we brought Julian's Plumbing into the Rideout family, which is why some folks still know us by the old name. Same craftsmen, same standards, one company now.

We stay small on purpose. The plumbers on our trucks are the plumbers we trained. We don't rent subcontractors, we don't scale past what we can stand behind, and we don't run a call center. When the phone rings, Chason or a family member picks up.
