Sewer Line Repair

Sewer line repair and replacement in Charlotte

We find the problem with a camera, then fix it with the least invasive option that holds. No guessing, no oversized digs.

The Problem

Is this happening to you?

Multiple drains backing up at once. A sewer odor drifting across the yard. Gurgling from the toilet when the laundry drains. A collapsed or root-intruded sewer line can cost thousands more the longer it waits. Older Charlotte neighborhoods with mature trees, clay tile, or Orangeburg pipe are the frequent flyers.

Our Process

How we handle it

  1. Camera inspection

We run a high-resolution camera through the line to find the actual issue.

  2. Locate and depth mark

We mark the fault on the surface so the repair is surgical.

  3. Recommend the method

Spot repair, pipe bursting, pipe lining, or full replacement, whichever fits the finding.

  4. Flat-rate quote

You approve the cost and the method before anything gets opened.

  5. Execute the repair

Trenchless where it fits. Targeted excavation where it does not.

  6. Post-repair camera

We re-camera the line after the fix. You see it was done right.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my sewer line needs repair?
Multiple drains backing up at the same time, sewer odor outside, unusually green or soggy patches in the yard, gurgling from toilets when a sink drains, or repeated whole-house slowdowns. Any two of those and you likely have a sewer line issue, not a drain issue.
Spot repair or full replacement?
Depends on the camera footage. A single crack or offset is a spot repair. Multiple bellies, heavy root intrusion up the whole run, or collapsed Orangeburg pipe push toward full replacement.
Do you offer trenchless sewer line repair?
Yes, when conditions allow. Pipe bursting and lining save yards, driveways, and decks. Not every situation supports trenchless, and we will tell you straight when it does not.
How much does sewer line repair cost?
Spot repairs run a few thousand. Full replacements vary widely with depth, length, and access. We quote flat-rate after camera inspection so there are no dig-and-pray surprises.
Will my yard be destroyed?
If we can go trenchless, only two small access pits. If we have to trench, we limit the dig to what the repair needs. We do not open the whole run on principle.
Do you work with homeowners insurance?
Sewer line work is rarely covered, but we provide the documentation and photos you need if you want to submit a claim.
