Drain Cleaning

Drain cleaning in Charlotte

Slow drain? Clogged sink? Backing up? We find the root cause and clear it. Three methods, one price up front, same-day in most cases.

The Problem

Is this happening to you?

Slow-draining sink. Gurgling toilet when the washer runs. Water backing up in your shower when someone flushes. Chemical drain cleaners fizzle and then come right back. You need a pro who finds the actual blockage, not someone who pushes it further down the line.

Our Process

How we handle it

  1. Diagnose the clog

We locate the blockage and figure out what is causing it, not just where it is.

  2. Pick the right tool

Traditional rooter, high-pressure jetting, or camera-guided work. Method matches the problem.

  3. Clear it completely

We do not stop at the first clearance. We keep going until water flows like it should.

  4. Camera if needed

If the clog keeps returning, we run a camera to confirm pipe condition before we leave.

  5. Clean up

Drop cloths stay, debris leaves with us. Your sink is ready to use.

  6. Flat-rate ticket

You paid what we quoted. No meter, no surprises at the door.

Frequently asked questions

How much does drain cleaning cost?
We provide flat-rate upfront pricing. You will know the cost before we start work. The price depends on the drain location, the severity of the clog, and the method needed to clear it.
What is the difference between drain cleaning and hydro jetting?
Traditional drain cleaning (snaking) punches through or removes the immediate blockage. High-pressure jetting scours the entire pipe interior, removing buildup and grease along the walls. We recommend jetting when a snake keeps coming back.
Do you use chemical drain cleaners?
We recommend against chemical drain cleaners. They can damage pipes over time, especially older galvanized or copper lines, and they make future mechanical repairs harder. We stick with mechanical methods.
How do I know if I need drain cleaning or a sewer line repair?
A single clogged drain usually just needs cleaning. Multiple drains backing up at the same time, gurgling from the toilet when the sink drains, or sewage smells outside often point to a sewer line issue. We can confirm with a camera inspection.
How often should I have my drains cleaned?
Most Charlotte homes do fine with a professional cleaning every one to two years. Kitchens, older homes with mature tree roots nearby, and rental properties may need more frequent service.
Can you clear a clog the same day I call?
Most drain cleaning calls get handled the same day. We keep fully stocked trucks, so we can usually diagnose and clear the drain in a single visit.
