How we handle it

  1. Diagnose the issue

    Running, clogging, leaking at the base, rocking, weak flush. Each has a different cause and a different fix.

  2. Repair vs. replace

    If the bowl is cracked or the toilet is an old 3.5-gallon guzzler, replacement often makes more sense than another repair.

  3. Flat-rate quote

    You approve the number before we pull the toilet. If we find subfloor damage, we tell you before we touch it.

  4. Make the fix

    New flapper, fill valve, supply line, wax ring, flange repair, or full install. Truck is stocked for common parts.

  5. Test and tighten

    Flush cycle, leak check, bolt tightness, no rock. Tile around the base wiped clean.

  6. Warranty

    1-year warranty on the work. If the repair does not hold, we come back.

Why does my toilet keep running?
Nine times out of ten it is a bad flapper or fill valve. Sometimes it is a chain hanging up or a flush lever that is not releasing. All of these are quick fixes. A running toilet can waste 200 gallons a day, so it pays to handle it.
Can you fix a rocking toilet?
Yes. A rocking toilet usually means a broken flange, rotted subfloor under the toilet, or loose anchor bolts. We pull the toilet, fix what is underneath, reset it on a new wax ring, and bolt it down properly.
My toilet clogs every week. What is wrong?
Could be a weak low-flow toilet that should be upgraded, a partial blockage in the drain line, a rough patch in the trap, or roots in the main. We can diagnose with a camera if it is chronic.
How much does a toilet installation cost?
Standard replacement is flat-rate. If we find a bad flange, rotted subfloor, or corroded shutoff we quote those on top so you know what is going on. No surprise add-ons.
Should I repair or replace my toilet?
Anything newer than about 10 years is usually worth repairing. Older toilets, especially pre-1994 models that use 3.5+ gallons per flush, pay for themselves through water savings pretty quickly.
Do you install toilets I already bought?
Yes. We can install a toilet you purchased. We will flag anything that looks like a quality issue before we put it in the floor.
