Mint Hill has grown a lot in the last 20 years. It used to be a quiet outer suburb of Charlotte, and now it is one of the busier residential corridors east of the city. The plumbing we see in Mint Hill is mostly residential, weighted toward homes built between the late 1990s and the mid 2010s.
