Shut off the main water supply at the meter, open faucets to relieve pressure, and call us. Do not use a torch or open flame on the pipe. We can thaw it safely and check for damage once water is flowing again.
How do I know if a pipe has burst?
Water pouring out of a wall or ceiling is the obvious one. Other signs: sudden loss of pressure, weird banging when you turn a faucet on, a patch of wet drywall, or water meter spinning with nothing running. Shut the main off and call right away.
How quickly can you respond to a burst pipe?

Why did my pipes freeze?
