Faucet Repair and Installation

Faucet repair and installation in Charlotte

Dripping faucet? Low pressure? Loose handle? We fix kitchen and bathroom faucets, or install a new one. Fast, clean, guaranteed.

The Problem

Is this happening to you?

A faucet that drips all night. A kitchen sprayer that barely trickles. A handle that spins and does nothing. A sink base that is wet every time you open the cabinet. Small problems that sit there for months until one day the shutoff seizes and you are suddenly running out for towels.

Our Process

How we handle it

  1. Diagnose the part

Cartridge, aerator, O-rings, supply lines, or the faucet body itself. Most leaks come from one of four places.

  2. Repair vs. replace

If the cartridge fixes it for $40 in parts, we fix it. If the faucet is off-brand and the cartridge is obsolete, new faucet is the smart call.

  3. Flat-rate quote

Number up front. If we find a rusted-out shutoff we want to swap, we quote it before we touch it.

  4. Swap parts or install

New cartridge, new supply lines, new shutoffs, or a full faucet install. Truck is stocked for the common brands.

  5. Test and seal

Full flow test, leak check under the sink, clean caulk line at the base. We leave it dry.

  6. Warranty

1-year warranty on our work, plus whatever manufacturer warranty comes with the part.

Questions, Answered

Frequently asked questions

Is it worth repairing a faucet or should I just replace it?
If the faucet is decent quality and under 10 years old, a cartridge or O-ring replacement is usually worth it. If the finish is flaking and internals are worn, a new faucet is cleaner. We give you both numbers and let you pick.
Why is my faucet dripping?
Worn cartridge, failed O-ring, or seats and springs that are shot. Hot side drips are usually the cartridge. A drip is a few dollars a year in water and a few hundred dollars in your sanity.
Why is my water pressure so low at one faucet?
Usually a clogged aerator, a restricted supply line, or a failing cartridge. If every fixture is weak, the problem is upstream of the faucet. We can tell you which one it is.
Can you install a faucet I bought online?
Yes. We install customer-supplied faucets regularly. We will flag anything that looks like a warranty problem or a bad fit before we open the box.
How long does a faucet install take?
Most kitchen and bathroom faucet installs take 45 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the condition of the old shutoffs and supply lines. We usually replace those at the same time so we are not back in a year.
What brands do you recommend?
Delta, Moen, Kohler, and Pfister all make faucets we trust. We stay away from the cheapest private-label stuff because it tends to fail within a couple of years.
