Plumber in Kannapolis, NC

Kannapolis has a plumbing story unlike anywhere else in the Charlotte metro. It was built as a textile mill town, and most of the housing we work in here dates to the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Block after block of small, well-built, owner-occupied homes, all plumbed with the same era of materials: galvanized steel supply, cast iron drain lines, and clay sewer laterals that now sit under 70-plus-year-old tree canopies.

That means the calls we take in Kannapolis cluster around a few predictable problems. Galvanized supply lines corrode from the inside and start leaking as pinholes, usually at the joints.
